The Rainforest Estate is a unique option that offers luxury living in a scenic and private jungle setting. The house features over 6,000 spacious square feet of living space and a full range of modern amenities. Located high in the hills of Manuel Antonio, the house has breathtaking mountain and ocean views, regular wildlife sightings, and the fabulous sunsets are a daily highlight. Our villa can accommodate up to 18 people, and is great for family vacations, retreats and reunions.
Among the many quality features of the home are an expansive, fully equipped kitchen and family room that opens to the swimming pool with floor to ceiling sliding doors.The villa includes a billiard table, and wireless internet among its amenities. The Rainforest Estate is air-conditioned throughout, although many guests prefer to open the massive windows and allow the constant ocean breezes to pass through the home in the cooler hours of the morning and evening.
The Rainforest Estate has 3 levels. The lower level features 2 king bedrooms with en suite bath, and a common area with refrigerator and kitchenette. A private balcony looks out onto the surrounding rainforest. The main floor also includes the master bedroom, with its en suite bath, huge walk-in closet, and an enclosed outdoor shower. This bedroom also has its own access to the large main floor ocean view terrace. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with a king bed and a double bed, and 3 full bathrooms. There is also a large room between the 2 bedrooms that can be used as a common living area or converted into a 6th bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a double sleeper sofa.
Another of the many highlights of the Rainforest Estate is the outdoor entertainment area. The swimming pool is one of the largest you will find locally at a private house. The pool deck area includes a large covered outdoor bar and area for grilling and barbecuing. For the convenience of our guests, we also include alternate day maid service and full concierge services to assist you with tours, transportation, private chef services and any other extras you may desire during your stay at our house.
The Rainforest Estate is conveniently located a short drive to Manuel Antonio Park, the beautiful beaches, as well as the nearby town of Quepos and the state of the art Pez Vela Marina. Its combination of luxury, privacy and convenience is unmatched.
