About Villa Mariana (Full Estate)
Villa Mariana’s Full Estate combines the award-winning Main House with the Casita Romantica, offering six bedrooms across two independent structures on over two acres of jungle in Manuel Antonio. Featured on House Hunters International, the architect-designed Main House is a glass-walled home where the surrounding rainforest is visible from nearly every room.
The Main House has four bedrooms — three with king beds and one with two queens — each with en-suite bathrooms. Its open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, and large infinity pool overlooking the jungle canopy anchor the property. A yoga deck and walking paths wind through the grounds.
At the front of the property, the Casita Romantica is steps from the Main House but completely private. It has two queen bedrooms, its own living room, full kitchen, and a separate pool area — ideal for families or groups wanting their own space.
Staff includes a private chef (up to two meals daily), concierge, daily housekeeping, and an on-site caretaker. A pack-and-play and high chair are available for young children. The property is gated with nighttime lighting and security cameras.
Built into a hillside, the property includes stairs connecting the parking area to the lower grounds. Villa Mariana is minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park and nearby beaches, with on-site parking and laundry facilities in both the Main House and Casita.
