We bought our condominium in 2017 and immediately interviewed several local management firms. We chose 2CRVR and have never regretted our decision. The reservations team does an excellent job and is often able to get guest bookings during difficult times, such as during the heart of the rainy season. The concierge service has been outstanding and is frequently rated highly by our guests. They also help us and our families to secure highly rated naturalist guides or key transportation reservations. The maid service is also fabulous and keeps our place spotless and our guests comfortable. Despite all these accolades, the finest part of 2CRVR is the overall management team led by Mari Borge. Mari makes sure our needs are met in a timely fashion and utilizes a very good maintenance crew that fixes whatever breaks from normal use over time. In addition, Mari helps us locate outside contractors with excellent reputations to help us with major projects we might have. Overall, we have been extremely happy with the 2CRVR team and expect to continue to rely on their competent oversight.
