1. Term of Stay
The rental period begins at 3:00 PM on the arrival date and ends at 10:00 AM on the departure date.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
2. Use of the Residence
The property is intended for private vacation use only.
We kindly ask that guests respect the home, its surroundings, and the residential nature of the area. Any use inconsistent with this purpose may result in termination of the stay without refund.
The property includes features such as a swimming pool, terraces, stairs, and natural terrain. These areas may present inherent risks, and guests are asked to exercise care at all times.
Guests are responsible for their personal safety and that of their party during their stay.

The security deposit may be used to cover damages beyond normal wear and tear, including:
4. Care of the Property
We ask that guests treat the home with care and leave it in a tidy condition upon departure.
Housekeeping service is included every other day (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Additional services may be arranged upon request.
On departure day, housekeeping may begin preparation of the property starting at 8:00 AM.
Towels are provided for bath and pool/beach use. We encourage responsible use as part of our sustainability efforts.
Please use the designated facial towels for makeup removal. Charges may apply for stained or damaged linens.
Laundry service is available through the concierge at an additional cost.
5. Smoking and Pets
Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. In some properties, smoking may be allowed in designated outdoor areas, provided all waste is disposed of properly.
Pets are not permitted unless previously approved.
Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees and/or charges of up to $250.
6. Alterations
Guests may not alter the property in any way without prior written permission.
7. Assignment or Subletting
This agreement may not be transferred or sublet without prior written consent.
8. Security Deposit Release
The property will be inspected following departure. If it is left in acceptable condition, the deposit will be released within 3 days.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take 8–15 days for funds to appear.
9. Abandoned Property
Any personal items left behind will be held for up to 10 days. After this period, items may be discarded if unclaimed.

11. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
60+ days prior: Full refund minus transfer fees
59–30 days: 50% refund minus fees
Less than 30 days: No refund
If the property is rebooked for the same dates, a partial refund may be offered, less a 20% cancellation fee.
In the event the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a prorated refund will be issued.
While every effort is made to ensure a comfortable stay, refunds are not provided for factors beyond our control, such as weather or minor equipment issues.
12. Warranties
No guarantees or warranties are made beyond what is expressly stated in this agreement.
13. Liability
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their party during their stay.
The owner and agent are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or unforeseen events, except where required by applicable law.
14. Miscellaneous
This agreement represents the full understanding between parties. Any modifications must be made in writing.
15. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
16. Payments
Payments should be made via wire transfer unless otherwise arranged. Confirmation should be sent to reservations@2CRVR.com.
17. Noise and Events
The property is located in a residential area. Guests are asked to maintain reasonable noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM.
Events and parties are not permitted without prior approval.
Repeated disturbances may result in additional charges or termination of the stay.
