Tradewinds Villa is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath, multi-level villa, located in an amazing jungle setting. It is perched on a hill overlooking the lush Pura Vida Valley and provides partial ocean views. The location of the villa is perfect for wildlife viewing as it is in the heart of the Manuel Antonio wildlife corridor and on the edge of a 10-acre private nature reserve dedicated to the re-introduction of the Scarlet Macaw. Hike to the secluded El Salto Waterfall. Drive, walk, or take public transport just minutes to Manuel Antonio National Park, several secluded beaches, Pez Vela Marina, and world class dining. The main level of the villa offers an open floor plan with windows that fully open in the front and rear of the home maximizing your jungle experience and cool ocean breezes. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom-made wood cabinets that compliment the 25-foot-high teak ceilings. The master suite features a king-size bed and a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet and private terrace where you can enjoy beautiful ocean sunsets. Spacious decks wrap around most of the main house and guest house offering ample sitting areas to enjoy the sounds and sights of wildlife in the jungle canopy. The private infinity swimming pool is nestled in the jungle maximizing your rainforest experience. The guest house below the main house features two additional bedrooms each with a queen-size bed. A shared bathroom connects the two rooms. The house comfortably accommodates six visitors. It has free WiFi, air conditioning, and housekeeping service. There is covered parking for two vehicles. Upon securing a reservation, you will be introduced to your Concierge who will be your point of contact for anything you may need, including transportation, rentals, chef services, tours, activities and more.
