Perched on a ridge overlooking the Pura Vida Valley, Tradewinds Villa is a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath multi-level home set on the edge of a private nature reserve and wildlife corridor. White-faced monkeys, squirrel monkeys, toucans, and scarlet macaws are regular visitors. The El Salto Waterfall is within walking distance, and Manuel Antonio National Park, beaches, and the Pez Vela Marina are all easily accessible by car, foot, or bus.
The main level features a spacious living room with an open floor plan, vaulted teak ceiling, and windows that open on both sides to catch ocean breezes. The private infinity pool is just off the living room, nestled into the jungle. The kitchen has granite countertops and is well stocked with small appliances, and a large gas BBQ sits on the adjacent deck. Wrap-around decks offer plenty of seating to take in the jungle canopy.
The master suite has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and a private terrace with partial ocean views. The guest house, one level below, has two queen bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
Bedrooms are air-conditioned, while the main living area uses ceiling fans and natural cross-ventilation through the open design. The property is at jungle canopy level and requires climbing four flights of covered stairs, making it best suited for families with older children or couples traveling together. A steep driveway may require a 4x4 during the rainy season. Covered parking fits 1-2 vehicles.
A concierge is assigned upon booking to help with transportation, chef services, tours, and activities. Daily housekeeping is included. Strong WiFi and housekeeping service are included.
