The “Chorro” section on the Naranjo River offers thrilling class IV and class V rapids for those who are looking for a challenging and more intense rafting experience.
This section of the Naranjo offers some of the most challenging rapids in the country. Exploding whitewater, steep drops, tight rock walls, and technical routes will surely get your adrenaline pumping.
Your highly experienced guide will navigate you through the narrow canyons that are surrounded by huge boulders and cascading waterfalls all whilst bordered by the breathtaking rainforest scenery. All this makes for the highlight of your Costa Rican vacation! Suitable for children aged 15 and upwards.

If you’re visiting Manuel Antonio, the ADR Adventure Tour is the one excursion you need to book. It truly has it all! We spent six action-packed hours ziplining, exploring the jungle, swimming beneath waterfalls, and taking in some of the most breathtaking scenery in Costa Rica. Our guides (June 14) were knowledgeable, entertaining, and safety-conscious. They frequently stopped to point out wildlife and teach us about the surrounding rainforest, making the experience both exciting and educational. Everything was incredibly well organized, and we always felt prepared for each adventure. The delicious meal at the end of the tour was the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable day. I’m especially grateful we purchased the photo package because it captured memories we’ll treasure forever. Every detail of this tour was executed with excellence. Highly recommend!
