With a 30-mile panoramic ocean sunset view, Casa Pura Vista is a unique 5-bedroom luxury villa nestled on one of the highest points in Manuel Antonio. It is completely secluded and yet minutes away from restaurants, beaches, and great attractions such as the famous Manuel Antonio National Park. Upon entering the villa two dancing water fountains catch your eye. An elegant glass staircase, as well as an elevator are available to take guests to the upper levels. With massive glass doors and windows, the entirety of this 7,000 square foot home is generously bathed in sunlight and the breezes coming from the Pacific Ocean offer a refreshing and pleasant temperature as well as regular wildlife sightings, including monkeys, sloths and macaws. The second level is the highlight of the house and features expansive covered terraces, an infinity pool with waterfall and newly renovated kitchen, dining and living areas that seamlessly blend with the tropical exterior. The master bedroom, located on this level, features an impressive double-height ceiling supported by all-glass walls, allowing guests to watch sunrise and sunsets without leaving the comfort of the bed.

Bathroom is equally outstanding and offers his and hers sinks, wooden vanities, black countertops, and a custom-made outdoor shower and bathtub with jungle views. The third level offers spacious outdoor living areas with impressive views, like all other points of the house. This floor hosts 3 guest rooms, room 2 has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, while rooms 3 and 4 have a king bed each and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. In the lower-entrance level, adjacent to the laundry room there is a 5th bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom, referred by the owner as the “staff quarter” bedroom. Allowing to accommodate up to 10 people. Casa Pura Vista was completely renovated in 2023 with several high-end upgrades such as a solar panel system, an elevator, backlited dimmable light controls, Wi-Fi, Air conditioner, TV in each room, and hand-woven wool rugs. Due to its location at a hilltop traffic is almost null, giving guests a great feeling of privacy.

An AWD or 4WD vehicle is required to access the villa.
Cleaning service is provided on check-out day, and halfway thought the stay for bookings of 7 nights or more.
Free use washer/dryer is available on the property.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Children under 10 years of age are not recommended.

Sonidos del Agua is a tropical and wonderfully artistic home which offers jaw dropping sunset ocean views along with a unique sense of privacy and authenticity. It is an architectural masterpiece, designed to integrate the elements of water, wind, and sunlight into its feel and every inch of the home provides both the panoramic views and refreshing tropical breezes. The home is nestled in the middle of the last remaining locally-owned farm in Manuel Antonio area and creates a blend of luxury and authenticity which is almost impossible to find. This property is one of the most spectacular ocean front properties on the Pacific Coast. Picturesque hills lined with pasture and a few cattle roaming roll down to a lush tropical rainforest with beaches below.

You enter the home through the oversized tropical hardwood doors and from the moment you open the doors you are overwhelmed by the views and architecture. There is a water feature and cascades within the home, hence the name “sonidos del agua” and a hard wood raised platform above the water that leads you out to the stunning views.The main level hosts a beautiful cooks kitchen, spacious dining area which spills out onto the pool deck, a wet bar and living area. The home is designed to open up all the doors and live indoors and outdoors while you marvel at all the beautiful views. The top level of the home hosts three spacious bedrooms, including twin ocean view masters, each with their own private almond wood terraces and on suite baths. The third bedroom is a spacious jungle view room, equipped with multiple beds and bunks making it a great kids room and is complete with its own tropical bath.

The 4th bedroom is located on the garden level of the home and is a stunning suite on its own, with a fully private bath. The centerpiece of the home are the views and the water, which is highlighted by the three sided, infinity edge, natural stone pool. It is almost impossible to visit the home without wanting to just fall into this pool and let time melt away.

About The Rainforest Estate

The Rainforest Estate is a unique option that offers luxury living in a scenic and private jungle setting. The house features over 6,000 spacious square feet of living space and a full range of modern amenities. Located high in the hills of Manuel Antonio, the house has breathtaking mountain and ocean views, regular wildlife sightings, and the fabulous sunsets are a daily highlight. Our villa can accommodate up to 18 people, and is great for family vacations, retreats and reunions.

Among the many quality features of the home are an expansive, fully equipped kitchen and family room that opens to the swimming pool with floor to ceiling sliding doors.The villa includes a billiard table, and wireless internet among its amenities. The Rainforest Estate is air-conditioned throughout, although many guests prefer to open the massive windows and allow the constant ocean breezes to pass through the home in the cooler hours of the morning and evening.

The Rainforest Estate has 3 levels. The lower level features 2 king bedrooms with en suite bath, and a common area with refrigerator and kitchenette. A private balcony looks out onto the surrounding rainforest. The main floor also includes the master bedroom, with its en suite bath, huge walk-in closet, and an enclosed outdoor shower. This bedroom also has its own access to the large main floor ocean view terrace. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with a king bed and a double bed, and 3 full bathrooms. There is also a large room between the 2 bedrooms that can be used as a common living area or converted into a 6th bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a double sleeper sofa.

Another of the many highlights of the Rainforest Estate is the outdoor entertainment area. The swimming pool is one of the largest you will find locally at a private house. The pool deck area includes a large covered outdoor bar and area for grilling and barbecuing. For the convenience of our guests, we also include alternate day maid service and full concierge services to assist you with tours, transportation, private chef services and any other extras you may desire during your stay at our house.

The Rainforest Estate is conveniently located a short drive to Manuel Antonio Park, the beautiful beaches, as well as the nearby town of Quepos and the state of the art Pez Vela Marina. Its combination of luxury, privacy and convenience is unmatched.

Located in Finca Tranquila, an equestrian themed gated community in the quiet village of Naranjito at the foot of the Talamanca Mountain Rage, this villa offers a quiet and peaceful setting with a maximum of privacy without being too remote. Probably no comparable property on the entire Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It‘s the perfect place to relax and unwind while watching toucans and macaws and other wildlife on a daily basis.The villa has an open design, with large window and terraces for a beautiful view, without disturbing direct sunlight into the living area.The world known Manuel Antonio National Park and its beaches are just a 20 minutes drive away, as well as numerous restaurants and shops of Quepos and Manuel Antonio town.

The comfortably furnished villa with about 1000 square meters of living space is located in the middle of a tropical garden of 4.5 acres and offers enough space and retreat for every guest. High speed internet is available throughout the property.

The villa offers a total of 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a king size bed, direct access to the terrace and a private bathroom with shower. All rooms and living areas have separately controllable air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is located at the end of the house and is designed as a separate studio with its own house entrance for more privacy. On the ground floor are 3 of the bedrooms, the spacious and modernly equipped open kitchen, several sitting areas, a beautiful solid wood dining table for 10 people, as well as the garage and the laundry room. The upper floor offers an additional terrace and 2 more bedrooms – one of them the very impressive Master Suite. On the ground floor there is a cozy TV lounge area with a large flat screen TV and a library with various books, novels and community games. The living areas feature two large aquariums and a switchable indoor waterfall add charm.

A cozy lounge invites you to linger and a heated Jacuzzi offers additional opportunities to relax and unwind.The spacious heated swimming pool is located on the lower level of the property for more privacy. The Pool House features a bar with a gas grill, refrigerator and a sink, where simple meals can be prepared and eaten at the bar or at the natural wooden dining table. At the wet-bar you can also enjoy the aperitif directly in the water.There is also a bathroom with toilet and hot water shower/changing room.

Included in the rental price is a full-time house manager (spanish and english speaking), who lives discreetly in a separate cottage on the property. She is available to the guests 5 days a week and can assume works such as cleaning, cooking and shopping if requested. In addition, she will be happy to assist you with everything around the house. Also included are the gardener, who 1x per week will take care of the garden,pool maintenance, as well as a farm manager for general concerns.

The horses on the ranch are available for guests with riding experience to explore the surrounding area, this with previous arrangement with the farm manager.
