About Casa Elena

Casa Elena is a contemporary 3-level, 2,200 square foot luxury villa featuring four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It is conveniently located in the center of Manuel Antonio in a quiet cul de sac at the edge of the rainforest. Each bedroom features split air conditioning units. There are also ceiling fans throughout the house, to provide natural air flow. On the top level is the master bedroom featuring a queen bed and en suite bath. There is also a second queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bath.The fourth bedroom is on the lower level, and features a queen bed, en suite bath, and privacy from the rest of the house. Casa Elena can comfortably host up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends.

The second level has a fully equipped kitchen that leads into an entertainment area and provides guests with access to an outdoor deck. The private pool features a waterfall and an outdoor shower where guests can watch the visiting monkeys and various types of Costa Rican wildlife. The villa includes off-street parking.

We also include concierge services and are always ready to assist you with tours, transportation, private chef service and anything else to make your stay in our house a memorable one. Casa Elena is conveniently located minutes from the National Park, world-famous beaches, and Marina Pez Vela, close to everything while still maintaining its peaceful and tranquil natural setting.

The entry level features a bedroom with king bed, fine linens and air conditioning as well as a Bunk Room with 2 twin beds and 2 double beds,1 full bathroom with walk-in closet, frameless glass and rain shower. Second floor hosts 4 ensuite bedrooms with king beds, air-conditioning and private balconies with ocean views. All rooms combined offer accommodation for up to 16 guests. Please note the base rate is for up to 12pp, after 12 guests there is a $50 fee plus tax per person per night.

While the bedrooms are all private and designed to provide views from each space, the real showpiece of the home are the two top floors which host an enormous open floor plan kitchen, living and dining area for everyone to share and the rooftop terrace and pool. The main common living, dining and kitchen features floor to ceiling windows throughout and spacious atrium area which makes you feel like you are suspended in the jungle canopy. The rooftop doubled sided infinity pool and terrace is like being in the clouds and is complete with a full outdoor kitchen/bbq area, lounge chairs, dining table for 6 and a powder room. The views from these top levels are beyond compare, inviting guests to endless pictures, dinner parties, cocktails and memories created in this common space.

– Check In / Out: Check in time anytime after 4pm; Check out time is anytime by 10am on Saturday.
– Additional Guest Fee: Each additional guest over the base rate is $75 per person, per night (up to a maximum of 16 guests) and is taxable.
– Sales Tax: 13% Costa Rica sales tax is not included and must be added to all rates.
– Chef: Weekly chef rate is $600 for up to 10 guests (over the age of 2). For groups of 11 or more, the weekly rate is $850.
Includes up to two meals per day for all days during a 5-night stay and for six days of a 7-night stay. Guests choose the full day off during 7-night stay.
The Villa Mariana chef is the only chef allowed on the property.
Pricing per meal or per day is not available.
Cost of groceries is extra. The chef will hold all receipts and settle up with the guests, which can be paid to the chef in US dollars, CR colones or with Visa/MC. Christmas and New Years weeks are $1,000 (regardless of age of guests) for up to 18 total guests. Chef rates are not taxed.
Note to booking agents: Chef rate is not commissionable.
– Discounts: If guests stay for 7 nights during a 5-night minimum time frame, they will receive a 20% discount on chef services.
– Staff: Rates above include concierge, daily cleaning service (except Sundays) as well as on-site groundskeeping/caretaking.
– Weddings: Must be discussed with owners of TVM prior to booking.

Situated on a hilltop with magnificent ocean, town and mountain views is the modern, 4-bedroom Casa Moreno. Built in 2015, the multi-level house offers 2500 square feet of space and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Casa Moreno is located only a few minutes drive from both the state of the art Pez Vela Marina, and the beautiful beach and National Park of Manuel Antonio.

The living area of the house has an open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen features an island with seating for six. The living room includes a large flat screen tv, Bluetooth stereo and high speed internet. There is also a full sofa bed for additional guests. The entire living area includes expansive views of the blue Pacific as well as the town of Quepos, and the surrounding mountains.

Casa Moreno features four bedrooms and three full baths. The upper level includes the Master bedroom, which has a king bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom is also on the upper level and has a queen bunk bed with a queen-sized bed on the bottom and a double on the top. The upper level also includes an additional full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the lower level. One has 2 queen beds and the other one queen bed. A large full bath is located between these two bedrooms. Both lower-level bedrooms have access to the balcony at the pool level.

All bedrooms and the main living area are air conditioned with individual thermostats. A unique feature of Casa Moreno is that all of the furniture was custom made in Sarchi, which is the furniture-making capital of Costa Rica. Outside is a large, furnished balcony with a gas grill for outdoor cooking. The swimming pool is nice-sized and includes eight chaise lounges for seating. Both the balcony and the pool also afford great views to the ocean. Casa Moreno is a great option for families, or groups of friends, offering comfort, style, amenities and world-class views.
