Her passion for hospitality comes from her love of exploring new places, discovering hidden gems, and creating meaningful memories with the people who matter most. Outside of work, you’ll often find her visiting waterfalls or new beaches with her daughter or trying new restaurants together as they share a love for great food and new culinary experiences. These adventures inspire the personalized recommendations and thoughtful service she bring to every client's itinerary. Whether planning a relaxing getaway, a family adventure, or a one-of-a-kind experience, Hazel enjoys making travel seamless, memorable, and full of special moments.

Jorge has 16 years working in the hospitality sector in Manuel Antonio. The experience and connections he has compiled give him concierge superpowers; fixing, scheduling, arranging, planning -- no problem! He and his wife like to try new restaurants so he's always got great recommendations.

María enjoys spending time at home and going out with her son, where they can talk about a little bit of everything. She takes pride in both her work and her role as a mother, and especially appreciates that her job allows her to meet guests from many different cultures and learn from their experiences. She hopes every guest leaves with a positive impression of the entire team, from the concierge who welcomes them to the housekeeping staff who help make each stay comfortable. Most of all, she hopes guests return in the future and recommend us to friends and family who would enjoy discovering Costa Rica, and especially the beauty of Manuel Antonio.

Pamela comes from a big, close-knit family — her greatest source of pride — and loves spending time with them, with her pets, and playing football. She's delighted by the incredible variety of wildlife in the area, and hopes guests leave thoroughly happy with the whole 2 Costa Rica team and with our wonderful animals.
