Naranjo river is one of Costa Rica’s most exciting whitewater rafting rivers. It is the natural southern border of Manuel Antonio National Park and therefore the closest river for rafting. This river section offers class III and class IV rapids and is intended for those with some rafting experience or daring first timers looking for a challenge. The river drops steeply from the coastal mountain range above Quepos through a beautiful jungle gorge and takes you on a wild ride to sea level passing nearby farmlands and palm plantations.

The river banks are overgrown with jungle and the canyon walls meet the water at 90 degree angles, combine this with the thrilling white water, you are in for an unforgettable day!
